About Me

I always knew that this was what I wanted to do, to become a therapist. Life is hard and I truly believe in the power of other people to support one another. I always wanted to be the person I wish I had, and eventually found during some of the hardest times in my life.

I believe we all want to be well. Yet there are countless things that get in our way that keeps us from experiencing wellness. We all carry so much weight from our life experiences: expectations, beliefs, values, and more.

As Your Therapist

My role as a therapist to help you identify what are the things that we are holding onto so that YOU can identify what it means to you and whether that is something we want to continue to hold onto or if it's something you want to let go of and do something different with. To that end, we are all unique and my approach to therapy reflects this.

You are the expert of you. I know we may not feel like we know ourselves well but my hope is that during our work together you can start to be able to build that relationship with yourself so you can be your own expert.

A Little More About Me

Outside of being a therapist, I enjoy engaging in my hobbies including TCG's, video games, model kits, Star Wars, and so much more. I also am the parent to two adorable chihuahuas who will likely show up during your sessions with me and will probably be my models as we explore the things that brought you to therapy.
